NCOIC has a 13-year history of developing world-class technical resources that promote the use of effective network-centric systems and interoperability in both the public and private sectors. These resources – including processes, tools, frameworks, patterns, principles and databases -- are designed to lower engineering costs, speed program implementation, increase capability and reduce risk. The consortium’s resources and interoperability projects help our member-companies and customers operate more effectively across diverse global markets including aerospace, civil and military operations, air traffic management, health care and more.
Our members and advisors are international leaders from Fortune 500 companies, businesses in a variety of industries, government agencies, academia, standards organizations and multi-national bodies such as NATO and the European Defense Agency. Our customers include the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Federal Aviation Administration and NATO Communications and Information Agency.
NCOIC provides a unique, open environment for these government leaders, industry executives, business strategists and technical experts to work together and share information in a safe and neutral forum. Their free flow of information and ideas is critical to influencing and facilitating the adoption of open technical standards that can promote global cross-domain interoperability – and lead to greater mission and organizational success.
